CineFAM Film Festival Day 3: Shifting Identities
December 10 @ 6:30 pm

Identity is never stagnant, it is always morphing and changing according to an array of factors. The question is not “who am I?” but rather “who do I want to be in the next incarnation of me?”. The films in this program include stories about resilience, joy, cultural acceptance and love. We are never who others tell us to be, we are who we choose to be.
CineFAM Film Festival returns for its 7th year of celebrating limitless imagination & bold, original film stories by Canadian women and non-binary creators of colour.
CineFAM’s closing night is themed Shifting Identities and will feature:
ColorBlind by Nauzanin Knight
I Want My Voice Black by Reese Barrow
Better at Texting by Mary Galloway
Badassery by Sunita Miya-Muganza
Saturday Fuego Diablo by Anita Abbasi
Program runtime: Approx. 80 minutes.
